Administrative Assistant
Job description
We are looking for a virtual assistant on a part-time, contract basis to handle quick assignments for the business on a project-by-project basis. The position may also need to manage and respond to some of the CEOs email accounts.
Location: Remote
Hours: Vary week to week. Part-Time
Type: 1099 Contractor Position

(Webpages are on WYSIWYG platforms such As: Wix, Kajabi, Squarespace)

Identifying upcoming deadlines and proactively keeping to deadline
eBook/brochure layout/formatting
Create/update spreadsheets in MS Excel
Independent Contractor (1099)
This is an independent contractor position and is virtual. The ideal candidate will be capable of independently identifying and working toward deadlines, including proactively reaching out and getting necessary information to meet deadlines. For example, when a newsletter is due soon identifying the necessary elements for the newsletter (from previous examples) and working to ensure all necessary elements are delivered by me for the newsletter on time.
Pay Rate
This is an independent contractor position. The budget for the positions is between $17 and $25 per hour depending on experience and skills.
